Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop www.askwears.eu.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation sent by email.
4. Prices and Shipping
All prices are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (small business regulation).
We offer free shipping within the European Union.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within the European Union.
Delivery time is usually 2–7 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified for the respective product.
In exceptional cases (e.g. public holidays, high order volumes, or delays caused by the shipping service provider), delivery times may be extended.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process (e.g. PayPal, credit card, or other electronic payment providers).
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
We are only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
Any further liability is excluded.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
